About the Founder

May Siu founded Poker for Good in 2018. She was inspired by the Human Rights Foundation, Burning Man and the positive power of poker in her personal life. May worked on Wall Street before discovering her love for the game. She has played professional high stakes poker in the East Coast, Vegas and Macau and earned a 3rd place finish in the World Series of Poker Ladies Tournament in 2014.

May’s years of business experience, poker skills and dedication to the mission have grown Poker for Good into a powerful movement. She continues to focus her efforts on unleashing the charitable power of poker and best practices to effect exponential change for worthy causes.
